Network Marketing – 101

Building a great business using the power of the internet,online marketing, and relational recruiting!

• You must develop a business building philosophy!

a. Talk to new people every day (2or 3) (Person to person where possible)

b. Get their name, email address, phone number (Top Priority Information)

(If the lead was purchased or acquired by Google Search then you will have this information. Keep your information before them. Update them on new products and services on a monthly basis)(If their information was acquired by lead capture page, or double opt-in on your business builder site, then the auto-responder will do that work for you)(Use your business builder site to input new contacts,and  send them lead capture pages and updates from your very own command center)

Note: I cannot stress enough how important your back office, business builder and command center are to your business. If you still learning how to cold call and are fine tuning your personal contacting skills, then this will be the most effective way to start building your business. Remember this, it is your business; but we are building it together. Develop your skills in both internet marketing and relational recruiting. It will take practice. Lean on your up-line, and develop relationships with people who are building a great organization.

c. Update your contact list by email monthly and follow-up with a periodic phone call to check their pulse.

d. Lead with the product and keep the opportunity before them until they either come into the business or opt-out by asking to be removed from your email list,or they tell you that they are not interested at any level.

e. Receive everybody the same. A satisfied customer is worth 100 referrals to you in the future!

f. Receive them where they are right now! They may not see or hear it the first time; but if you are patient they could come around in time. Six months from now, things in their life and world may change,and who knows they may have already tasted a sample, and become a preferred customer.

New Affiliate Support!

a. Take the time to help your new affiliates. Walk them through their back office and business builder site. Make sure that their profile and payment information is correct. Make sure that they have a profile picture and that their auto-ship is set up and that they understand it.

b. Yes,it will take a little work; but I promise you, it will pay off in the future,when they continue to build the business instead of quitting because you led them to the end of the pier, and told them to jump in and learn to swim.

Note: If you think that people are going to stay in your businesses who feel neglected and left to themselves, you are dreaming and need to wake up and smell the coffee.

c. People are not interested in helping you make more money. They are looking for a way to generate additional income, and need your help to get to the place that they can see and hear how to do it for themselves. Your heart and attitude will propel your team to the top, or the results could be less than you expected.  

d. Make you mind up to follow your leadership, or find somebody that you can follow who is already building the business. Your destiny is totally in your control, and your rate of ascent is directly related to your ability to listen to those who have gone before you.
